We have all experienced grief in some way, whether through death, divorce, a diagnosis (yours or a loved one’s), the loss of a job, a move, etc., and this workshop explores how putting pen to page, or fingers to keyboard, can help you on your healing journey.
Through short, guided writing prompts, optional sharing, and personal storytelling, participants in this small group setting are given the opportunity to explore their feelings, reflect on life experiences, and discover their path to healing through their own written words. With the intention of finding hope on the page and connection through community, this guided writing workshop supports writers and non-writers alike.

Inspired by my IG Live conversation with Dr. Mary Claire Haver, MD, FACOG,OB/GYN, this Guided Journal Writing workshop encourages menopausal women to cultivate a journaling practice. Whether it's managing hot flashes, moodiness, sleeplessness, or just a general sense of feeling off, putting pen to page (or fingers to keyboard) can help reduce stress, anxiety and help make sense of the many changes women experience at this life stage.
This four-week workshop will help ease you into a consistent journal writing practice which has been scientifically proven to have tremendous health benefits. Similar to my signature Workshop for Healing & Connection, short, guided writing prompts, optional sharing, and personal storytelling are offered to give participants the opportunity to explore their feelings, reflect on recent challenges, and bring a sense of well-being to our day to day lives.
With the intention of finding healing on the page and connection through community, this Guided Journal Writing workshop supports women during any stage of their menopausal journey.
